A source-first method for comparing programs, teaching language, recognition, cost and student support.
Uzbekistan has a large and varied higher-education sector. A directory is useful for discovery, but a university decision should be based on the exact program and its recognition—not only the institution’s name or an agent’s promise.
Verify the program
Confirm the qualification title, duration, teaching language, entry requirements and awarding institution in writing. If the degree is intended for a regulated profession abroad, ask the relevant authority in that destination whether it will be recognised.
Calculate the whole cost
Compare tuition with application charges, accommodation, insurance, visa costs, residence registration, books, laboratory or clinical fees and travel. Ask how and when fees can change, and obtain the refund policy before payment.
Assess student support
Ask who supports international students, what language administrative services use, whether housing is guaranteed and how health care works. Speak with current students without an agent present when possible.
Apply through traceable channels
Use the university or an officially identified platform. Verify any representative directly with the institution. Keep receipts, offer letters and correspondence, and never surrender your passport to an unverified intermediary.
